Rob began his hospitality development and management career upon graduation from Cornell University serving as General Manager of Bolton Valley Resort in Vermont. In tandem with his success in hotel management and development, Rob is a founding partner and developer of the AAA Four Diamond Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, which opened in 2002. Rob founded Teton Village Realty as a conduit to sell and market the lodge's luxury condominiums. He successfully sold through all 80 units and established himself as one the valley's top producers. His successes in the condo hotel market lead him to other real estate opportunities totaling over $150M in total sales. Rob is the managing partner of Terra Development Group, which developed the eco-boutique Hotel Terra at the base of the Jackson Hole ski area. Rob also serves as CEO of Terra Resort Group, a hotel management company formed in 2007.

In addition to his business background, Rob pursued a successful skiing and ski mountaineering career. Rob was a featured athlete for Warren Miller films, a member of the North Face team and has skied some of the world's highest summits, including Mount Everest. Rob brings a wealth of experience in structuring construction equity, hotel management, architectural design, building programming, and real estate sales. Rob and his wife Kit have 2 children, Grace and Tia.
