Raised in Jackson Hole, James thrived on many of its year-round outdoor activities: skiing, biking, climbing, fishing, and hunting. After graduating from Montana State University in Bozeman, he began working with Greg Fay at Fay Ranches where the mission was to preserve and enhance the West's premier ranches. This passionate commitment to the unique natural resources of the West was a continuation of what he had learned from his parents Robert & Liz Esperti. During their time in Jackson Hole, they had been enthusiastic supporters of many community organizations, including the Jackson Hole Land Trust and the National Wildlife Museum. A partner of Fay Ranches and based at its Bozeman headquarters, James also works out of the Jackson Hole office with Mike Jorgenson. Whether enjoying recreational activities with family and friends or representing buyers and sellers of investment quality ranches, James loves time spent in this special place he knows so well and still calls "home".
